Postpartum

Return to strength with someone beside you.

Postpartum doesn't follow one standard timeline, and neither does your coaching. Together we build progressively towards what matters to you: everyday strength, lifting, running, sport, or simply feeling confident in how you move again.

There's no deadline and nothing to prove. Just steady, considered progress with someone who's paying attention.

Coaching supports strength, confidence and a considered return to exercise. It doesn't replace medical or allied-health advice, and a referral or medical clearance may be requested where appropriate.

Built by a mum. Made for women.

Tayla is a mum of two and the founder of Tayla Made PT. Her coaching is warm, individual and grounded in the understanding that motherhood changes your body, your time and often your confidence.

Every client is individually known. Training is adapted around your stage, your goals, your experience, your equipment and whatever this week actually looks like.
